Prom Night Review

Well, I went to see Prom Night this past Friday…my advice would be to pass on this one. Its billed as a horror film, but in truth is a predictable movie about a teacher-turned-serial killer who stalks a former student at her senior prom. He’s pretty good at killing people, and he spends the majority of the movie on the hotel’s third floor, doing just that. The whole movie is basically people getting their throats slashed by a maniac with a knife. Now, that sounds pretty cool, but the movie was far too generic and predictable for it to be truly entertaining. My advice? Apparentely, this movie is a remake of one that came out almost thirty years ago. Rent the originial, its probably better.
